New York Day 3 The Library and Grand Central Station

Both the Library and Grand Central Station were on our lists of must sees in New York. Both were also very close to our hotel.

There was a parade that morning for the new class from the Police Academy and they set up right in front of the library. We were still able to get up close, though.

The iconic lions:

The library was closed that morning, so we came back later that day to take a peek inside. It reminded me of Hogwarts from Harry Potter!

The Guttenberg Bible:

Byron really wanted to go into the Rose Room (featured in Ghost Busters), but it was not open for the public.

Grand Central Terminal was amazingly beautiful!!

It was eerily quiet at Grand Central - maybe because it was a Sunday morning. But it really added to it's beauty. Pictures definitely do not do it justice.
