Trick-or-Treat!!

Yesterday, at the library story time, the kiddos got to wear their Halloween Costumes and go on a Costume Parade! They had a blast! I took advantage of them being dressed up to snap some pictures!

Gabe is all about the Super Mario Brothers this year, so it comes as no surprise that he chose to be Mario. Selah is a beautiful Snow White and Miguel is a blue teddy bear.

This year we decorated fake pumpkins with felt and pipe cleaners. We got all of the supplies at the Dollar Tree!

Happy Halloween!!

Photo Shoot

This weekend I did a little photo shoot with our three angels.
Miguel was 12 days old.

Still Waiting on Baby....

I have officially been pregnant longer with this baby than I was with the other two. Gabe and Selah both showed up a week early...and here we are with 3 days left until my due date and no signs of imminent labor. **big SIGH**. If the baby doesn't decide to make it's appearance before Wednesday, I will be induced - but I'm really hoping it will come on it's own. I am even running out of "nesting" projects. Here are the digital scrapbook pages:

I even turned our old wicker bassinet from something that looked similar to this:

Into this:

The hood was damaged in our move to Colorado and the skirt was really needing to be replaced, so I used the bedskirt from our bedding - it was getting frayed in some places and we weren't using it. I like the updated look. It is now fit for a prince or princess!!

But now I am all out of projects. I guess that leaves walking, eating spicy food, and pampering myself...and of course, spending lots of time in prayer for the health of the baby, my mental health while waiting, and a safe and sweet delivery!!

Byron's Car...

As mentioned in the previous post, part of Byron's birthday celebration was time to work on the Cutlass. Here are some pictures of his progress:

The kids absolutely love Daddy's old car!!

The Pumpkin Patch!

Part of Byron's birthday celebration was me giving him time to work on his Cutlass. So Rachel and I took the kids to the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch. We had a blast! I was picturing me getting some great pictures of the kids with pumpkins - but that didn't happen. There was so much going on that they just had a hard time looking at the camera at all - so we settled on pictures with the cut-outs. The great thing about this pumpkin patch is that it is free! They ask for canned food donations, but that is it! Here are some pictures from our day.

Byron's Birthday

Last weekend was Byron's birthday! Rachel and Will were here and got to celebrate with us. We had fajitas and of course cake and ice cream.

A new laptop case from Rachel and Will

A new shirt from the kids and me.

And for his "big" present... car stuff!! More of that to come in the next posts...

Gluten - free chocolate cake with Carmel icing! Yum!!

Happy Birthday, Sweetie! We love you!!
