Choir Concerts

The end of the school year brings in all of our final performances. May was full of choir concerts!

We love Kids Praise at our church. The kids are learning music and how to use music to praise our Creator. It is an awesome program and one I have feel humble to be able to be a part of.

Here is the PreK and Kindergarten concert. (If you are reading this post from your email inbox, you may have to click over to the full blog to see the video clips.) It is pretty short - only 3 songs long. This is Faith's choir and the choir I direct. It is so much fun to direct these little children - but the best part is seeing their sweet smiles each week and getting little hugs along the way.

Selah and Mig are in the 1st through 5th grade choir. This video is a little over 30 minutes long.

If you don't have time to view they full performance, here is a short section of it where Selah has a drama part (she is the little one on the left). Mig, Faith and I also appear as non-speaking roles! :)

This was Gabe's first year in the Middle School Choir. This video is 37 minutes long. They just got back from a Choir Trip to Georgetown where they performed for the residents of Sun City.

As above, if you don't want to watch the whole performance, I made a shorter clip of just the song that Gabe sings a solo in.

With Byron and I both being musical, we love that the kids are so involved in music as well - and what a blessing to belong to a church that can provide so many wonderful music opportunities for them!
