Learner's Permit!

Gabe started driver's ed in November. Because of COVID set backs, he wasn't able to get an appointment for his permit until May 5th. 

Now he is working on his driving hours so that he will be able to get his license after his 16th birthday. 

We have been talking about buying a cash car for the kids to drive and found out that our neighbor was selling their 2008 Spyder. It was a great price, so we bought it! Talk about a great incentive to work hard on those driving hours!! 

Byron is happy to commute to work in it instead of the truck (way better gas mileage) until Gabe has his license. Once Gabe gets his own car, this one will be passed to the next driver. 

I am still in shock that we are at this stage of parenting! Where does the time go?!?
