We LOVE celebrating Chinese New Year or Lunar New Year with our friends!
The sweet Han family has been so sweet in helping us celebrate each year. This year we celebrated with a few American families and also a family that is here studying English from China.
We eat the yummiest food!
But the dumplings are always the centerpiece for the entire meal!
Selah is becoming quite the dumpling expert!
We are spoiled to have authentic Chinese dishes.
Faith should have a lucky year after finding the Chinese coin in her dumpling.
After dinner we enjoyed some Chinese arts, crafts and activities.

At the end of the evening the oldest male of the family (or families) gives out red envelopes with money inside:
We had 2 other kiddos here that missed the picture, but these kids had a great time celebrating!
