One of my favorite parts of the cruise was the entertainment.
We saw an ice show that was amazing! The boat was pretty rocky at the time and I was amazed at how well they kept their balance!
There was a Cirque de Sole type aerialist show that combined music, costume and aerial acts.
We watched a Belly Flop competition. Here are many of the competitors:
Those big boys made some really big splashes!
We saw three comedy shows.
The last night of the cruise, they performed Broadway's Staying Alive and it was AMAZING!!
And one night Byron and I provided the entertainment!!
We were chosen as a "middle-age" couple for a Love and Marriage Game Show! It was actually on our anniversary, which was kind of fun. We were asked a series of questions (some very private and embarrassing). The couple with the most matching questions at the end of the game won....and guess what?!? It was us! We won a gift basket full of Royal Caribbean merchandise, a bottle of champagne and a bamboo sheet set. We became "cruise ship famous" as the rest of the week, we were recognized all over the ship. Our friend Chuck also became "cruise ship famous". One question was, "Husbands, which one of your friends would your wife say would make the best nude male model." We both answered with Chuck's name and then pointed him out in the audience...the crowd loved it, and he got the biggest cheer of the night! This evening may have been the highlight of our cruise trip.
