Mig's First Prom

This year went to his first prom. He went with a group of friends and had the best time!!! 

And he looked so handsome!! 

He really did not want to go to prom, but his friends literally begged him to come along. He was dreading it, but ended up loving it! He wants to go again next year. 

Here are the girls in the group (plus Hooty).

The guys also wanted a picture with Hooty. 

This is the SWEETEST group of guys! I couldn't have asked for better friends for Mig. 

They are also all very tall. Mig is just over 5'1" - so he is pretty short, but these guys really are tall!

It was a night to remember!

 

Broken Bow with Friends Volume 2

This Spring Break we took another trip to Broken Bow with our sweet friend group. 

We spent a lot of time just hanging out; in the cabin, in the hot tub and around the fire.

We played some games including Murder Mystery! 

Everyone but Byron and I also went out for a hike. I had injured my foot that Monday so I opted out of the hike. My poor foot was purple, black and blue.

Everyone had a great time! 

What sweet friends we have!! 

 

A Concert of a Lifetime!!

For Valentine's Day Byron surprised me with tickets to see Amy Grant in concert!!

I have been a HUGE Amy Grant fan since I was probably 2 or 3 years old! I have always wanted to see her in concert and had no idea that she was doing one close to home. 

I had fun picking out my outfit. 

Did I mention that we had front row seats?!?!?

The concert was AMAZING! She did all of her old songs - songs from when I was a little girl. I never would have thought I would see any of those live!! 

It was the BEST night! I had such a great time!
