Big Brother

You know how the say that Big Brother is always watching over you....well, I guess it is true. I put Selah in her crib and the next thing I knew, Gabe had gotten his stool out of the bathroom, pulled it up to her crib and was checking in on her! What a "Kodak Moment"!!

Selah's First Bath

Selah's umbilical stump fell off at 9 days...so this week we gave her her first bath! She did NOT like it. Praise the Lord for pacifiers!!!

We had an induction set for Monday, but little Selah decided not to wait!! Byron and I went in at 4:15 am and she made her entrance into the world and our hearts at 8:50 am. The doctor stepped aside and let Byron deliver his own little princess!! We are home now and we are all doing very well.

Here are some pictures from a family photo shoot we did this weekend. Gabe is so ready for his little sister to "come out". We were given a baby shower Sunday by Byron's co-workers and Gabe was disappointed because he thought that we were going there to get baby Selah!!

8 months!!

I am now 8 months pregnant...and I am feeling it! Selah's nursery is almost finished and our "to do before baby comes" list is windling down. Selah is moving and stretching my stomach into such strange shapes!! We are on the count-down now to meeting our precious little girl!!
