We had a full house for Christmas and it was WONDERFUL!
GiGi and PopPop, Rachel, Will and the triplets, Amanda and Brian, Uncle John and all their dogs came to celebrate.
We started the celebration on Christmas Eve by attending the morning worship service at church. We had a big lunch of baked ravioli and then did the Cookie Bake-Off. That evening we had our traditional pajama party with hot cocoa.
This year the adults decided to do a Secret Santa Pajama exchange. It was so fun! Amanda was Rachel's secret Santa and found matching pajamas for Rachel and her girls.
Will was my secret Santa. He bought me cow pajamas. They brought lots of laughs and fun to the party for sure. I am planning on wearing them on Halloween and Chick-fil-A Cow Appreciation day this year.
I wasn't the only one to get a gag gift - Uncle John got Brian long johns....complete with back flap! Aren't we all cute in our new jammies?!?
While the kids watched Elf, the grown-ups played a trivia game and Head's Up.
We had so much fun the kids came in and told us we were too loud! What a role change!
The fun couldn't last all night, though. We all had to get to sleep so Santa could come. Baylor wanted to stay up and watch out for him, but the day exhausted him and he snored away as Santa filled the stockings and left gifts on the fire place.
There would be some happy boys and girls the next morning!
